Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect on proplinehockey.com and Power Play, and how we use it. We built Prop Line Hockey as a small, independent project, and we try to collect only what we actually need to run it.

What we collect

• Email address, if you sign up for the free daily pick email or subscribe to Power Play.
• Payment information, if you subscribe to Power Play. This is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
• Basic web traffic data (like pages visited) that our hosting provider, Cloudflare, collects automatically to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To send the free daily pick email, if you signed up for it.
• To grant and manage access to Power Play for paying subscribers, and to email you your access details.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of outside services to run Prop Line Hockey, and each only sees what it needs to do its job:

• Google (Forms and Sheets), to collect free-pick email signups.
• Resend, to actually send the free daily pick email.
• Cloudflare, to host the site and control Power Play access.
• Stripe, to process Power Play payments and subscriptions.

We don't share your information with anyone else, and none of these services get more than what they need to perform the task above.

How long we keep it

We keep your email as long as you're signed up for the free pick email or subscribed to Power Play. If you unsubscribe or cancel, we remove you from active use within a reasonable time. Payment records are kept by Stripe under its own policies, not by us directly.

Your choices

• Every free pick email includes an unsubscribe link.
• You can cancel Power Play any time from the billing portal linked in our Terms, or by emailing us.
• You can email us any time to ask what information we have about you, or to have it removed.

Children's privacy

Prop Line Hockey is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
